Paul has 34 years of experience as a clinician and with department administration. He has served on faculties at several universities teaching physical therapy procedure, kinesiology and neurophysiology. Assistant Director of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
Linda's focus for most of her career has been in geriatrics and rehabilitation in an inpatient setting. She has also worked with patients on an outpatient basis. Her special interests include balance, geriatrics, falls and amputees.
Linda received her bachelor's degree in physical therapy from the University of Pennsylvania. She has special training in amputees, wheelchairs, balance/vestibular, geriatrics and orthopedic issues.

Elena has more than 13 years of experience treating children with autism, apraxia, hearing loss, language disorders, speech disorders and fluency disorders. She has also treated adults with dysphagia, CVA, TBI and neurological disorders. Her special interests include apraxia, dysphagia, CVA and TBI.
Elena has her master's of science degree, as well as ASHA certification and a certificate of clinical competence. She is certified in vital stim therapy and videfluoroscopies.

 | Nancy Forshey, Occupational Therapist
Nancy is a registered/licensed certified hand therapist, who is also trained to provide manual lymphatic drainage and ergonomic assessments. She treats patients who have sustained injuries to hands, wrists and elbows, including tendon and nerve injuries, fractures, dislocations, wounds, burns, cumulative trauma, nerve compressions, neurological conditions and arthritis, to name a few.
Nancy also provides programming for injured workers for return to full, regular employment duty. She focuses on enabling her patients to return to performance of daily life skills after an injury or illness. Her previous experience includes acute and long-term care, as well as behavioral health treatment.

Geoff is a certified therapeutic recreation specialist who works with patients in the inpatient behavioral health unit at Altoona Regional. He has previous experience as a therapeutic activity worker. He is a board member for the Pennsylvania Therapeutic Research Society and is active in planning the annual TR Institute in Harrisburg.

Lori has been a speech-language pathologist for 16 years, having been with Altoona Regional for nearly 13 years. She has worked in a school and a skilled nursing facility. She has also done home health visits.
At Altoona Regional, Lori has been both an inpatient and outpatient therapist. She has evaluated and treated both children and adults. Treatment has been provided for articulation, language, cognition, swallowing, voice, fluency and accent reduction.

Maggie McCloskey, Speech Language Pathologist
Maggie has been a licensed speech-language pathologist since 1997. She has worked in skilled nursing facilities, home health, special education preschool through sixth grade, high school and currently at Altoona Regional. Additionally, Maggie's sees outpatients for voice, dysphasic management, articulation and language disorders, and neurological disorders. Inpatient treatment includes a variety of these areas, with the addition of trauma and stroke.
