Six Students Graduate from Medical Laboratory Science Program
ALTOONA, Pa., July 17, 2017 - The following students recently graduated from the UPMC Altoona Medical Laboratory Science Program:

This includes $313 million in charity care and unreimbursed amounts for programs for the poor, covering 70 percent of the region’s charity care, more than twice as much as all other western Pennsylvania hospitals combined; $217 million in community health programs, events and contributions, supporting services that may otherwise not be available; and $362 million for medical research and education, funding 98 percent of all hospital-supported research in the region.
