Bon Secours Hospital Campus
The following are located in the Education Center on Eighth Avenue - Trzeciak Conference Suite, Oak Room, Infant of Prague Chapel and Regina Mundi Hall. For Kaufman Dining Room, Elm Room, Holy Family Chapel and Sleep Lab Conference Room, use the Seventh Avenue entrance.

Altoona Hospital Campus
The 3F Conference Room is in Behavioral Health Services; the Allegheny, Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Juniata and Logan rooms and the Rotunda are on the sixth floor of the Outpatient Center.

Faith-Based Bereavement/Grief Support Group	6 p.m., every first and third Wednesday	4th Floor Waiting Area, Bon Secours Hospital Campus	For those who have experienced the death of a loved one. Call 889-4323.
Lap-Band Support Group	6 p.m., every second Tuesday	Cambria Room	For people who had or thinking of having gastric banding. Call 889-7300.
Parkinson's Disease Support Group	11 a.m., every fourth Monday	Hoss's Restaurant, Altoona	Call 889-2141.
Sleep Apnea Support Group	6 p.m. Every other month of the fourth Tuesday (Jan. 26, March 23, May 25, July 27, Sept. 28 and Nov. 23)	ISM Waiting Room on 4th Floor, BSHC	A support group for people using CPAP or BiPAP therapy. Call 889-4466 for more information.
Stroke Support Group (BSHC)	Noon to 2 p.m., every second Tuesday	Kaufman Dining Room.	Group facilitator is Jolene Earnest. Call 889-4463 or 889-3206.
Wheelchair Clinic	11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., second Tuesday of each month	2nd floor, Physical Medicine gym	Physician referral required. Call for information and appointment, 889-4463.
